You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to us is accurate and that you have permission to provide any materials or data supplied.
Delays in supplying information, access or approvals may affect agreed delivery dates.
5. APPROVALS
Where we submit advertising, copy, designs, websites or other materials for approval, you are responsible for reviewing them before publication.
Once approved, we may rely on that approval when launching or publishing the work.
We will correct errors caused by us where reasonably possible, but changes to previously approved work may be chargeable where they fall outside the agreed scope.

Where AI Managed services are included, automated systems may communicate with leads, qualify enquiries, follow up and arrange appointments based on the information and criteria supplied by you.
We will take reasonable steps to configure and monitor these systems appropriately.
However, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or require human intervention.
Complex or uncertain enquiries may therefore be escalated rather than answered automatically.
You remain responsible for:

Either party may terminate services immediately where the other party:

Our total liability arising from a particular service will not exceed the fees paid to us for that service during the period giving rise to the claim, except where such a limitation would be unlawful.
